We never see or store your payment card number. You enter it directly on the payment gateway's page.
Who we pass the data to
We do not pass data to anyone for marketing purposes. We pass it only to those without whom the online shop cannot work:

Where a transfer outside the EU takes place, it is carried out on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep the data
- order and payment data: 10 years, as required by tax and accounting regulations,
- e-mail for sending news and invitations: until you withdraw your consent,
- note on the order: until the end of the event and the handling of any complaint.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and the right to object to processing. You can withdraw your consent to receive news and invitations at any time, including with one click in any such e-mail. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.

Cookies
This online shop uses only technically necessary cookies: a login cookie for the reservation system (only the hotel staff see this one), a cookie that remembers the language you have chosen, and a cookie that remembers the ticket orders made in this browser for two hours. If you send the order form again, for example after coming back from the payment gateway, this cookie takes you back to your own order. The contents of the shopping basket are kept by your browser in its own memory and forgotten when you close the tab. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, we do not measure traffic and we do not send data to advertising networks. Consent is not required for technically necessary cookies.
Automated decision-making
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or for profiling.
